Refund policy

At Akimi Studio, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Please read our return and refund terms before placing an order or booking a service.
1. Jewelry & Product Returns
• All sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for jewelry, aftercare, or any wearable items.
• This policy is in place to protect all customers and maintain sterile handling of medical-grade products.
• We only accept returns if the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

Description of the issue

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:

The item is proven damaged or incorrect based on submitted photos and internal review

The return is requested within 48 hours of receipt

The item has not been worn or used and is in original condition and packaging
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement if the claim falls outside our policy timeline or terms.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment method.
Replacements will be scheduled or shipped after internal verification.
